  • Reply•AI is not responsible for any incorrect, inappropriate, or inaccurate responses that may be sent on your behalf.
  • You are solely responsible for configuring the correct settings to prevent the sending of incorrect emails.
  • You should regularly review the Service's settings and any automated responses to ensure they align with your requirements.

Disclaimer of Liability: Reply•AI is not liable for any issues, damages, or consequences arising from user misconfiguration of the Service or from automated responses sent on your behalf. IN NO EVENT WILL REPLY•AI, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
